If you are not satisfied with the module you may claim your money back within eight days. This applies to all modules, of course. After the refund, the buyer is required to delete the module and must not use it longer. If a buyer does not delete the Magento modul in this situation, it entails legal consequences from the service.

All Magento® modules bought in our shop have three months of free support. It meens that we will help our customers in any problems that occur over the settings or in case of wrong configuration or wrong installation.

All Magento® modules have infinite time troubleshooting warranty. If the customer modified the code and the error came for this reason, in that case the warranty is over and repair is done under contract charge.

All these options are available only for non-free extensions.
