Request a Callback

The extension allows customers to request a callback with a simple form.

The extension displays a block in the sidebar where customers are able to request a callback from the shop owner. The place of the box can be configured in the module’s admin configuration panel to show it in the left or in the right sidebar automatically. The administrator is also able to customize the block title, subtitle and success feedback message. The form displays the customer name and telephone as mandatory fields.

The customer is able to choose the requested callback date, and also predefined times from a dropdown. In the module’s configuration panel the administrator is able to easily customize the predefined time intervals and the date settings. The extension can be set to automatically send email notification if a new request has been submitted. All requests will be saved and displayed the in administration grid, also delete or change statuses functionalities supported as well.
